As Vibrant’s Director of Tea Creation & Applications-Quality, Bill Hayes brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, along with a strong focus on CPG and B2B ingredients and flavors—and a PhD. His expertise spans product development, technical service, and leadership across our Applications, Creation, Innovation, and R&D teams.
Bill currently leads the Tea Creation & Application team, working closely with both manufacturing and foodservice customers to develop and scale impactful tea and beverage solutions. Known for his collaborative approach and deep understanding of tea science and sensory development, Bill plays a key role in driving category growth. His commitment to quality and innovation ensures that each of our tea products meets the evolving tastes of today’s consumers while delivering consistency at scale.
